  Tish Norman uses public speaking as a platform for positive change. She is Executive Director of Transforming Leaders Now, Inc., a leadership development company, specializing in college & career readiness skills, women’s empowerment, and the African American experience. Having spoken in 44 states and 12 countries and despite her rigorous academic doctoral obligations, Tish still maintains an active speaking schedule, keynoting at dozens of conferences and campuses every year.

She is partner/principal at Coz Branding, LLC,  and former CEO & Executive Director of HazingPrevention.Org; former VP, American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network; former National Publisher for American Cancer Society, Inc. Ni has authored, edited and published more than 25 books over the course of her career, and launched a number of book publishing imprints.

Lasana O. Hotep


  Lasana O. Hotep is an educator and entrepreneur committed to developing strategic and practical solutions to address systemic inequities in education and society at large. For over 15 years, he has worked at large research universities, two and four year colleges , and has served as a consultant to educational, organizational and corporate entities in addressing issues of race, gender and social justice and their impact on organizational success.

Natilie Williams


  Natilie Williams is not only a professional speaker, Ph.D student and college instructor, but also a proud Southside Chicagoan with a unique perspective on student leadership; simply, it’s A Different World.

At 20, she received her BA from Central Michigan University. At 22, her Masters in Communication from Illinois State University. She graduated with both degrees without a dime of student loan debt and currently travels the nation inspiring students and others to push through their circumstances and achieve their wildest dreams.
