Sabrina Griffith, SHRM-CP, CDP is a consultant, trainer and strategist who works to encourage inclusion and belonging in corporations, businesses and organizations as they strive to create equitable practices.
Sabrina is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a DiversityFIRST™ Certified Diversity Professional (CDP). She has worked extensively in student affairs and operations, leading residential programs, advocacy, emergency response and student support services. With more than ten years as a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Sabrina develops and facilitates engaging and comprehensive sessions on DEI topics including gender, sexuality, LGBTQ+ allyship, bias, race, colorism, and classism to name a few.
Lasana O. Hotep is an educator and entrepreneur committed to developing strategic and practical solutions to address systemic inequities in education and society at large. For over 15 years, he has worked at large research universities, two and four year colleges , and has served as a consultant to educational, organizational and corporate entities in addressing issues of race, gender and social justice and their impact on organizational success. As a lecturer he has delivered talks throughout the United States and internationally in Beijing, China and Accra, Ghana (West Africa).
E. Ni Pualwan is a leader with a career in prevention, education, awareness, advocacy and engagement. As President of Harbor NEXT!™ she oversees professional education and publishing services, including running Harbor Press book publishing division. She is partner/principal at Coz Branding, LLC, and former CEO & Executive Director of HazingPrevention.Org; former VP, American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network; former National Publisher for American Cancer Society, Inc. Ni has authored, edited and published more than 25 books over the course of her career, and launched a number of book publishing imprints.
Natilie Williams, MA, is not only a professional speaker, Ph.D student and college instructor, but also a proud Southside Chicagoan with a unique perspective on student leadership; simply, it’s A Different World.
At 20, she received her BA from Central Michigan University. At 22, her Masters in Communication from Illinois State University. She graduated with both degrees without a dime of student loan debt and currently travels the nation inspiring students and others to push through their circumstances and achieve their wildest dreams.
Benjamin has served for nearly a decade in student affairs where he has held positions in Academic Advising and Student Life. He utilizes this expertise and blends it with his passion for marketing and graphic artist skill set. He collaborates directly with colleges and universities to develop Harbor Institute marketing materials and advises other senior management on issues as they relate to higher education. Benjamin earned a Bachelors of Art Degree in History and a Masters of Art Degree in Student Personnel Services in Higher Education, both from Eastern Kentucky University.
