Dr. Raushannah Johnson-Verwayne, also known as “Dr. RJ”, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Standard of Care Psychological Services, LLC, in Atlanta, GA. She advocates for those affected by emotional and behavioral issues and focuses on evidence-based, trauma-informed care to improve overall quality of life for her clients. Dr. RJ helps clients develop realistic, long-lasting, and life-changing goals. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, graduating with highest honors from North Carolina A&T State University, where she joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and later received her doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology.

She has worked extensively in student affairs and operations, leading residential programs, advocacy, emergency response and student support services. With more than ten years as a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practitioner, Sabrina develops and facilitates engaging and comprehensive sessions on DEI topics including gender, sexuality, LGBTQ+ allyship, bias, race, colorism, and classism to name a few.
E. Ni Pualwan is a leader with a career in prevention, education, awareness, advocacy, and engagement. As President of Harbor NEXT! ™ she oversees strategic partnerships on behalf of Harbor Group of Companies: The Harbor Institute and Harbor NEXT!
She is the former CEO & Executive Director of HazingPrevention.Org (Hazing Prevention Network), and current Partner & Principal of Coz Branding, LLC, a communications firm that partners with Harbor Companies in market research, strategic planning and communications/crisis strategy, with an emphasis in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She is a former Vice President of the American Cancer Society, Inc., managing Marketing Research and New Business Development units at the ACS national home office.
Kobena-Marcus J. Collins is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Strategist and Leadership Development specialist, holding several certifications in DEI, marketing, and leadership, two degrees in education on top of a lifetime of experience. A product of an extremely diverse household and as a self-proclaimed “Confused Kid”, Kobena became a student of cultures. Recognized for his ability to make people feel comfortable while creating a psychologically safe space, Kobena is a master facilitator.
