Dale has extensive experience in working with college students in higher education. She served as the Director of Student Activities at Leymone Owens College (Memphis, TN), Winston-Salem State University (NC), the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Coordinator of Student Activities at Tennessee State University. In these roles she not only planned cultural, social, and educational activities for the students, but advised a diverse array of student organizations.

These broad based experiences give her keen insight in relating and presenting to students. Dale specializes in image, confidence and personal development as it relates to collegiate women of color. As former college queen, Miss Tennessee State University, she channels her energy and passions as the proud founder and organizer for Leadership for Queens, an annual leadership conference for Historically Black University Queens.

As the conference approaches its 14th year she utilizes this as a vehicle to prepare college queens and kings for their leadership roles on campus and the community.

Additionally, she speaks to hundreds of students across the country with a specific emphasis on female identity and personal empowerment. Dale received a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications and Theatre and a Master's of Arts in English from Tennessee State University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, currently teaches at the University of Memphis.
